Welcome to Learning Loom, your go-to platform for supercharging your development journey. By accessing and using Learning Loom, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, refrain from using our platform.

The materials available on Learning Loom are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

We grant you permission to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on Learning Loom for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This license is not a transfer of title, and under it, you may not: modify or copy the materials; use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display; attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software on the platform; remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or transfer the materials to another person or mirror them on another server.

This license automatically terminates if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Learning Loom at any time. Upon termination, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession, whether in electronic or printed format.

When you purchase any courses on the JS Mastery Pro platform through Learning Loom, you gain indefinite access without additional payments. We may release new courses in the future, requiring a separate purchase for access.

Learning Loom offers a no-questions-asked refund policy for courses. To request a refund, simply send us an email at contact@jsmastery.pro.

For the JSM Masterclass Experience, you can receive a full refund within the first 7 days of the program by contacting us at contact@jsmastery.pro.

If you opt out of the program after the initial 7 days, you can stop any payments. If you paid the full tuition upfront, you will receive a refund proportional to the time you haven’t yet spent in the Masterclass.

For example, if you spent exactly two out of 6 months in the Masterclass program and had to leave due to an emergency, you would receive a refund of (4/6 * tuition cost).
